Stating your thoughts is healthy for the brain. What if you can’t say it to anyone else? That’s when introspection comes. Introspection, according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, is “the process of examining your own thoughts or feelings.”
In times when you don’t have the energy to talk to anyone, maybe it’s time to talk to yourself and reflect. As you can see, I, the blogger, have polar moods. Either I’m on top of the world or I am below the ground, going near the Earth’s core. I don’t want to go to therapy or to any doctor to get medications for my conditions, that’s why I use this blog to pour my thoughts somewhere rather than having them stuck inside my brain, slowly killing me.
